New Weapon: Invulnerability

If you look at all the weapons in STK you should see that one last weapon is still missing : Invulnerability during 7-8 second approximately (Like Star in Mario kart).

→ It protects you from every weapon, each people you touch explode: even when it has the circle of stars around his head , you speed outside of the track does not decrease, your global speed is slightly increased. It has to be as rare as swapper and of cource only one item when you catch (Not 3 like bowling ball ^^). When you catch it, the music of the track is paused and another small one starts for this item.

It could be amazing if the new bubble-gum + Invulnerability could be introduced for 8.1, so weapons could be finished.
Then more weapons would be bad for example if you look at «Bill ball » in MK: this weapon is completely cheated O_o IMHO

How to the design it ?
I had only one new idea not to copy star: Red Chilli

Kart Particle : fire + small flamethrower sound

For me the invulnerability represent with >>

Perhaps created icon : croix with nake/or/ snake with cup.

I think, the snake protect the kart by wrapping around

I like the red pepper idea (it's not immediately obvious what it does, but it's funny enough that I like the idea). Of course we can't use that music since it would have copyrights on it

Do you talk about rubberduck shield design idea?
Because the "star" (invulnerability) is different from the new bubble gum
If this weapon is done there will be 5 offensive and 2 defensive weapon, and that a great balance IMHO and more will be too much
Of cource the priority is the new bubble gum

it's not finalized yet, but it provides a shield before being dropped on the ground
