STK "Garage" to deploy WIP content

Hi, even if I'm pretty new here, I noticed that there is a lot of work during the regular releases and sady the enduser doesn't see it (or can help/give input).

So my suggestion is to add an "garage" section in the addons-Downloader, which allows the user to pick tracks that are currently work in progress. That might be combined with an SVN for model ressources (what we currently seem to have already) and a build-server that generates an latest release that becomes published. Furthermore, an easy way to send feedback (maybe screenshots and short notes) and / or an wishlist/idea page/job exchange would be pretty cool!

This might be a basic brick if we wan't to start competitions and votes, or?
