New iconset for STK2.0

This is a new iconset for STK2.0. Some of you may have seen it in the content-forum in discord channel. Now it's near finished and usable now.

might be better to keep the original icons for items only, especially for cake and bomb; the flatter design wouldn't mesh well ingame

Feels like a nice update to the Classic theme, it makes the icons much more stylistically consistent.
Contributor to/fan of STK (Upstreamed Cartoon theme, numerous random big fixes/tweaks)
