trouble with the same controller

trouble with the same controller

Postby quiinmitook » 20 Dec 2018, 12:33

Hi everybody!!!

I'm using stk 0.8.1 for aarch64, and found that when 2 controllers are connected from the Droidmote Android app it appears as droidmote x2 in the controls. They are still recognized as 2 separate controllers elsewhere, though. Is there any way I can get them working in the game? I use Debian jessie on odroid c2. Any help is appreciated!

Thanks for your help!!

0.8.1? That's very very old. Is there any way to update to a newer Debian version? If not, maybe try the packages from https://launchpad.net/~stk/+archive/ubuntu/dev

@QwertyChouskie Odroid c2 is arm board.

But I suggest to use STK 0.9.3 or current git if you can compile, because it has much beter arm support and works with OpenGL ES renderer. Someone made the packages for oroid:

I didn't test myself, but people say that it works.

And btw. next debian package should use GLES renderer by default for arm/arm64.

The PPA does have arm32 and aarch64 packages, though builds optimized for Odroid would probably be better.
