I'm not sure if this is your doubt, but since you will not use one of the standard textures (grass, wood, stone, etc.) available in the repository or just a color, you must create a map for the Blender 3d model with your kart. So, you can put on it the texture you want. You can put the headlight, doors, brand, everything in the exact place you want.

Is it a kart from the media repo? It's difficult to help you if you don't upload a .blend file or tell us which kart it is. I seem to recall that there was one kart that used vertex painting or maybe a Blender material.

Thanks you for the link
The kart is Yeti, but i don't find texture of Yeti in Media repo (Just Icon and Shadow)
I would like create texture with blender, export actual color of Yeti to texture. And after upload a texture in blender.
for the moment, when i export Yeti, he's white on STK
(sorry if you don't understand, i'm french)
I have add a zip file with blend file

Well, Yety has no textures at the moment, just primitive material colors. There are also no vertex groups whatsoever, that's why it is white in STK.
What you need to do is retexture everything from scratch. Meaning, you have to create the UV maps and draw a new texture.
Have a look at the links from GeekPenguin if you need help with unwrapping.
As texture, you could create a so called 'color map texture', which basically is just a texture including all the solid colors the yeti needs.
