0.9.3 Crash at startup

Hello,
my fresh installation of Supertuxkart 0.9.3 repeatedly crashes at startup after a black application window appears. I'm using a 64bit Windows 7 laptop with Intel Core i5 M430 2.27GHz, ATI Mobility Radeon HD5650 and 4GB RAM.

The error sayss

Hi, could you please check if you're using the latest available driver for your GPU? There appears to be a problem with shaders, so it might be driver-related

Also, could you check "Where is the configuration stored" at https://supertuxkart.net/FAQ and upload the "stdout.log" file found there?

It really was the GPU driver, with an update everything works fine. Thanks very much for your help!
