I got another one!
It would be great if somebody was about to win a race on April Fools' Day, STK would pretend to crash (as in core dump) just a second before the finish line and use the notebook built-in camera to record the reaction of the player. And post the video online, of course. That would be the best April Fools ever!
Imagine, you're about to win a really hard race against Super Tux level opponents, you're just ahead of the finish line and suddenly, the screen turns black, you get back to the desktop and you see a popup window that says: "The application SuperTuxKart just crashed. Do you want to send a bug report?" And you're recording the guy's face as he's staring at it!! Hahahaha!
And then when they click something (no matter what), they see another popup that says "April Fools!!!" and in 3 seconds, they're back in the game.

XD, you wouldn't even see my face. All my front-facing laptop cameras are duct-taped, so no one could see me muahahaahahhahahahahahahahahah

I'd like to see myself, though.

Another fool idea: Pinocchio hat and long nose (art over the official promotional rendering).
