Another problem I see in that log is that you downloaded 64-bit dependencies but you chose 32-bit MSVC when configuring in CMake.

yes, I opened VS and in solution explorer i right-clicked on the supertuxkart and set it as a startup project, after that i started building..

now, i downloaded the 64-bit dependencies, and i choose VISUAL STUDIO 15 2017.
for the first time now I see that under VISUAL STUDIO 15 2017 sits VISUAL STUDIO 15 2017 winx64.

I chose that but cmake identified compiler as MSVC again, this keeps happening either when i use CMD, or CMAKE, MSVC will be used.
I can try to force it with -G VISUAL STUDIO 15 2017 win64 in CMD but that didn't help when I first started having this problem.

EDIT: while writing this i finished building the project after switching VISUAL STUDIO 15 2017 for VISUAL STUDIO 15 2017 winx64 in CMAKE for the first time succesfully.
But when i try to open the game I get an error that says: " MSVCR100.dll is missing "

yeah I did shortly after, still no luck, what i finally did was: renamed the folder to SuperTuxKart, renamed stk-code to supertuxkart, moved it (along with stk-assets) into new folder i created and named share (as error prompt asked) and now it is crashing after it loads a few characters onto the welcome screen, freezes immediately, the log:
