sometimes when I play the track cocoa temple, just crash the game and sometimes no.

Hi, does it help if you go in the options and reduce the graphical level?

the problem is that when i play the game in the grafichal at most, sometimes it's working completely normal with no lag and sometimes it's just crash, i really want to play this game with the grafichal at most, what is the recommended requisites to play this game at maximum graphical?(sorry for my poor english, i'm brazilian)

You could try updating your graphics drivers (make sure you get the drivers for the graphics chip manufacturer's site, not the computer manufacturer's site, as those are almost always outdated).

all of my drivers are updating, so i guess that's not exactly the problem

Just an idea, but maybe these crashes are related to something other than graphics? We had a lot of similar reports and nobody actually confirmed that it is related to graphics. Maybe you could disable sounds/music, internet connection, disconnect gamepads etc...

You can also post your stdout.log file. It can be found in %appdata%\supertuxkart\0.8.2. Maybe it will say something more.

Are you capable of compiling SuperTuxKart yourself and running it under Visual Studio Debugger? It will tell you exactly where the crash occurs. (In my case, that's usually one of the driver DLLs, not the game itself.)

Try uninstalling those karts and see if it makes a difference, if it fixes the problem, re-install them one at a time until you get the problem again, then that kart should be the issue.

aparently that's resolve the problem, these addons just crash the game and i don't know why.

Re-install them one at a time, until you figure out which add-on(s) are causing the problem. Then open a new topic for each add-on that crashes the game, and hopefully the crashes can be fixed.

Looks like these karts are missing the type property, which gives them characteristics like weight, acceleration, etc (I think). Probably the karts weren't updated for 0.9.2, which introduced the new kart characteristics system.

i uninstall every addon and still continues crashing the game, that's a lost cause, i give up.

Unfortunately, it is quite difficult to fix bugs without a debug log. On Linux, you can install Valgrind and run
{l Code}: {l Select All Code}
valgrind supertuxkart


Then post the output.

In Windows, you can install Visual Studio Community Edition 2015, build SuperTuxKart yourself, then press the F5 key on your keyboard in Visual Studio and watch the bottom-left corner of the window to see what's going on.

i downloaded the experimental version of supertuxkart and that's work for me, the crashes are gone, finally

I'm glad that it works for you :) I marked it as experimental because it's first 64-bit build and it's not tested that well as other builds. But it should generally work fine. At least I didn't have any problems so far.
