Maybe, there's just so many websites listing games, maintaining STK on all of them would be time consuming and I'm not sure these websites are known enough to give us major visibility?

I agree, but I think to be present on some of these website might help SuperTuxKart to gain more visibility especially outside the Open Source world.

Yes, since Steam seems to have stalled; we can't do any more. It's all about getting people to find out how great STK is; itch.io isn't the biggest, but there is a decent size community

Everything as been prepared, and I just have to make the project public. I'm waiting the final greenlight of the core team.

The full game is included, I also included the gift package for everyone who pay more than 2.99$

I think we should aim at a larger public especially in the indie community. Currently we are mainly well known in Open Source circles.

Hey, I just wanted to report this, glad it's official.

You can also put it on gamejolt, there you actually get a share of the advertisement consumed by visitors, while itch only allows donations.

Would be nice to know the number of active users on these kinds of sites, or we may quickly end up with a lot of different storefronts to manage.

IDK numbers, but Gamejolt seems to more active with individuals who make games (a lot of fan games, rpgmaker games...) itch.io has some games of that type, but seems more popular with indie companies

Just wondering, what percentage of itch donations did you choose to get?
