Hi, this is not possible yet, but work is underway.
You can play local multiplayer, if you have another controller and someone to play with.

Another thing that is somewhat close to multiplayer: Racing against a ghost recorded by someone else. I remember this was pretty cool already in version 0.8. Though, with the current version, I am not sure which is the easiest way to save and share your ghost data.

If we get multiplayer, I hope to get the software for hosting a server. I'd host one or two
