i have installed supertuxkart for my little boy
in the control setup, i have change the axe -1 by an another bouton but it s not a good idea in fact
now i want to change with the set up original, but i can t change to the original control for acceleration
it s impossible to select axe-1 because the program exit to the change setup control

could you help me?

In worst case you can just remove the input configuration file. It is "input.xml" file. On windows you will find it in %appdata%\supertuxkart\0.8.2, and on linux in $HOME/.config/supertuxkart/0.8.2.

But you should be able yo change the button, even if it is assigned to "back" action. I will check if I can reproduce it.
