Hi there,

I've just downloaded STK 0.9 final and wanted to start the story modus. But as soon as you click that button the game decides to crash. It is a little confusing because I didn't have that problem at any older version. So, when crashed STK shows following error:

Can someone help me please? I love this game and I just want to play it again as soon as possible.

Please note that I am no expert at STK code or call stacks, but my first guess would be that your computer can't handle the overworld (I've had personal experience with story mode and overworld on a weak PC). Remember that this is just a wild guess, so you should probably have one of the developers help you on this.
In the meantime, you can unlock all tracks/features by editing a certain xml file. You can search "unlock all tracks" on this forum to find out how to do that.

Please post your computer specs. You can try to skip the intro, in players.xml- change "<story-mode first-time="true">" to "<story-mode first-time="false">"

thanks for your reply. I have got a laptop HP Pavilion G6 1332eg with 2,5 GHz quad-core processor and an Intel Graphic card. Windows 7 is running as OS. Maybe you can help me.
