Honk sound too low?

Hi everybody,
Playing STK, I've noticed that the sound for the honk is hardly remarkable comparing with, for exemple, the sound of the motor. Is there a particular reason? I like to honk and I find it a pity.

Hi, it is tweaked to play at 60% volume in the sounds config file, I don't remember the specific reason. Any other opinions on whether we should make it louder?

I also think it could be made slightly louder by default.

I also like to honk but since AI kart's are firing stuff that make lots of noise I can't hear my honk

I have committed a change that makes the honk sound a little louder, hopefully that will please everyone
