When I tried to update my Nostalgia track with the Upload Revision feature, the following message appeared in red:

Failed to update the name record for this add-on.

But below that, it says:

Your add-on was uploaded successfully. It will be reviewed by our moderators before becoming publicly available.

Does this mean that it succeeded or failed? I don't see anything about a new revision on my addon's page.

There have been some server issues lately that's been out of our control; maybe that is why, or there may be a bug on the website.

There was a website bug preventing new revisions from being uploaded. This has been fixed.
