Where's the Portable 0.8.1?

The 0.8 release had a portable installer, so I expected that the new version will have one.
Does building a portable installer take too much time, or is it no longer possible?
BTW, cheers to your whole team! I'm patiently waiting for that LAN/Online Mode.

Hi,
actually, as far as I know, we have never produced an official portable binary, sorry; portable executables are all third-party, and their making is basically out of our control

Nope. I know that a portable 0.8 was even posted in the official download site. Anyways, the 0.8.1 seems portable to me because it's not displaying in my installed programs. (Either that or there's a bug).

Indeed STK doesn't register there (would be better if it did), but it's not "portable" in the sense that it does use files outside of its installation directory (type "%APPDATA%\supertuxkart" in Windows Explorer).
