Subsea pillars bug?

In the hall of Subsea map pillars are cutted off, infact they do not lie on the ground. It is like that in every version of STK so maybe is it intended?
I am sure it is not a driver problem, it is like that on both Windows and Linux.

I vaguely remember something about the author wanting to have destructible pillars and that's why he did it, but indeed it should be fixed sometime.
