How do I create an animation of the caramelldansen? I would like to make some of my characters doing the dance but I just don't know how to do it. I know I need to draw it out but how? Do I need an animation program of some short?

All SuperTuxKart characters are done in blender, so learning blender is a mandatory first (and long) step

There are many tutorials on making blender animations out there on the web. Just search for "blender IPO animation tutorial"

Beware, you are in for a very steep learning curve.

After I read what Caramelldansen was (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caramelldansen), I'm curious to see how you are going to convert that into a kart.
