Right-key is not working - Bug?

Hi folks,
I'm running STK0.8 on Ubuntu 13.04. More version info below. My right-key is not working right. Sometimes, the wheels turn right, sometimes they don't. It even happens that it's like a slack joint, meaning I keep the right-key pressed and the wheels turn right, come back to straight, right again (while this happens, I just keep pressing the key, no change). It is not a problem that is specific to my arrow key, I assigned the right-key to "D" and the same thing happens. Other keys are working fine.
It's impossible to play like that '-( Is this a bug?

Hi,
Keyboards are evil. http://www.sjbaker.org/wiki/index.php?title=Keyboards_Are_Evil
Maybe it's not working when you press two buttons... Then you cannott do anything but change your config.
Here is mine:(fully forking; swiss-french layout, so no change)
w a s d for direction
HJKL for respectively skidding, fire, nitro and back.

if the problem is not from here, then you can just try another keyboard (usb; should work fine; you can even plug 4 keyboards and play with 4 different config. The "Poor's Playstation" :D )

Another important thing: is there an accelerometer config visible in your preferences menu? If yes, the you should de-activate it.

I hope you get a way to solve your problem.

Regards
Tav'
