Rescue bug in SVN 12313

Hi,

I have upgraded my supertuxkart to 12313. However, the rescue problem reported by modz in SVN 12306 still exists.

When you drive out of track into water, the thunderbird will pull the kart up to heaven. We cannot do anything except restarting the race. This problem exists in all tracks.

However, if the thunderbird saves the kart from turning over, this will not happen.
