Follow the Leader: remove rubber ball and multi-path tracks

Here I have two ideas to improve the "follow the leader" mode:

• The gift boxes should never contain the rubber ball when you play this game mode. Why? Because it is "follow the leader", not "crush the leader". I think the rubber ball is very pointless in this game mode and just slows everything down if you use it.
• Tracks with multiple paths (main paths, not shortcuts!) like "Under the Sea" are not very suitable for this gamemode because if the ways split, things can get very confusing. If you and the leader are on different paths, you never know by looking on the track who is first. Well, you can see it in the GUI but that's just sort of an estimation. I see two different possibilities to solve this problem:
  
  • Ban all tracks with multiple paths from this game mode. This may be done by adding a little information bit into the map definition which basicly says wheather the track is a multi-path track or not.
  • Everytime the track splits, all players MUST drive on the same path the leader has chosen. Players who take a different road get disqualifed. I have currently now idea how to realize this exactly; I am open for discussion.

rubber balls might actually be useful in some (admittedly rare) circumstances: if you are way everyone else, the rubber ball might force the leader to be rescued, and resulting in other karts overtaking the leader. A kart ahead of the leader will then get eliminated instead of you. Difficult to time admittedly But also the rubber ball might hit other karts on its way as well.

Different paths: again, might be useful (when playing with many karts, the main path might be too crowded) but risky. So I would recommend people to follow the leader (hey, what's the name of the mode again?), but no reason to restrict them to that.
