Probably not. More like the end of the year.

I think we should make a task list. so people knows what needs to be done and can volunteer to do something on the list.

well our Trac bug tracker is pretty much it. You will notice though it doesn't contain much about artwork, but that's just because we have no art team, so we take contributions as they come
