no body has made annoying frog AKA the annoying thing yet, so i believe some one should step up and make him.

I read the following on Wikipedia

Which suggests that the crazy frog is copyrighted. If it is, it is not admissible in SuperTuxKart.

Nope. We can't "step up" and make copyrighted characters, it's.. highly illegal worldwide.

I don't think there is a shortage of ideas, there is a shortage of artists/modelers in this project.
