[Suggestion] Favorites karts and tracks

There are huge amount of addons tracks and karts. So, when installed to much it becomes hard to manage them.
There is 2 suggestions from me:

- ability to add tracks and karts to list of favorites, and having them in new tab "Favorites" among other tabs "Standard" and "Add-Ons";
- and optionally removing addons from 'track selecting' interface.

If that is done, I'd go further and make categories assignable (or multi-assignable, that is, "select many addons and add/remove them all to/from a specific tab) ingame. Not that it's hard to edit files manually but one needs to know where they are, and open them one by one, or make an own script

I guess removing addons from the list can be already done by removing category in the kart/track.xml
