If there was a way to create an attract/repel mechanism so that AI can detect objects like speed boosts and hazards, the game would become more challenging on harder difficulties and it'd give track designers more freedom as they can create moving obstacles without worrying about AI issues.
The boss AI's skill level should be much higher than normal AI so that Nolok doesn't have to cheat in the final race.
