Hi everyone,
concerning the add-on ( tracks, karts, arenas ), would it be possible to include a pot file for the name of the add-on so that it can be translated when added to STK ?

Right now STK is fully translated, then we add an add-on and that add-on is only available in English, so it looks very poor/bad to see all strings translated but the one's that come from the add-on.

Auria can STK look for another/extra .po file (add-on.po) and use it in the process of starting stk, so that when we add add-ons the next restart of STK we get the translations for that add-on included in STK ?

For the add-on team, can you include the translated strings into this new .po file (add-on.po) for every add-on available in the add-on web site, so that every time a player downloads an add-on he gets this file also, this way we get a chance to always have an uptodate STK fully translated.

I think you already know my point of view, but for everyone else's sake : this is technically possible but would tend to think it's too much work for little gain to completely automatize it.

Maybe it could be done by writing some server script that extracts the strings from addons? then you could translate that pot and add it to your own STK
