Restoring the ranking in case of a crashed (or reseted) rank

The sunday april 24, 2022 (at 8.40pm in France) the server of Poland ranked has crashed.
My son Nascartux-2 has lost 200.00 points, and some others players too (Camila, and about 4 others).
Like my son said, he was leading the race then the issue came for all at the start of the lap2 Nessie.
Then, by fairplay, and to not have a "cheated ranking", all points for all players must be restored at the initial status (before the related crash).
