I tried to reset my password but I don't get any email. Then I tried to create a new account but I did not get an email either. I waited for two weeks. What can I do?

Recommend using gmail / protonmail because *.de domain doesn't seem to recieve stk mail

I've tried to send them a clarification email and see if they can unban stk vps address....

They replied and from our mail.log indicates that mail delivery is successful now

So I guess all *.de domain should be ok for using as registration (though from our log gmail.de still fails, it says

maybe this is another issue then
