That's odd... the date is correct in the XML file. Does reloading addons fix it? Also, look in {stkdata}/addons/addons.xml and addons_installed.xml. {stkdata} will vary by platform. Is the date set to 0 anywhere in there?

you mean the PPA? unfortunately this is out of our control so we don't know

Can you try the branch at http:/upertuxkart.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/supertuxkart/main/branches/0.7.2PPC and verify that it works? I've updated the version number in this branch to be 0.7.2b so that we know for sure what version is being used.

Coffeeman from Games4Mac forum has got a graphic problem with STK 0.7.2 on his Power Mac G5:



He's got deactivate the framebuffer and has got the same problem

Coffeeman's system:

Power Mac G5 Dual 2 x 2,0 GHz, 7 GB RAM, 240 GB HDD, Nvidia GeForce 7800 GT PCIe (256 MB) with Mac OS X 10.4.11 Tiger

The Nvidia GeForce 7800 GT PCIe is a good graphic card for STK 0.7.2




On my systems works STK 0.7.2 without graphic problem.

My system:

Power Mac G5 Dual 2 x 2,7 GHz, 2 GB RAM, 160 GB HDD, ATi PowerColor 9800 PRO AGP (256 MB) with 10.3.9 Panther, 10.4.11 Tiger, and 10.5.8 Leopard
