Please can you tell me how unlocking tracks in 0.6.2 ?

Either by doing the challenges, or by cheating: edit the config file and change all the (solved #f) to (solved #t) inside (unlock-info).

If you've just installed SuperTuxKart, you need to start it before the file is created. If you've already done so, and the file is still 0KB, something must be wrong.

It looks like something must be wrong then. I will try reinstalling the game and see if that fixes the problem.

Did it work?

Yeah, I got it to work now. It seems that I had multiple copies of SuperTuxKart installed in various locations around my computer, as well as the alpha version of 0.7. They were all trying to save all my progress to one location! Oh well, at least I got it to work now.
