Where is this script to convert from the old .drvl format into the new one? I want to revive some of the old tracks, but want to save time and not redo too much.

The drivelines should be in the (old) .blend files. So you just have to modify them according to our wiki.

Otherwise import_driveline.py was (iirc) in data/tracks, but it was deleted a while ago.
