Maybe I am doing this wrong: I have a git version of STK running nicely on my Fire TV 4K. Today, I installed the 1.2 RC1 (in parallel) but the skin is just the same, i.e. not the new/modern orange one as shown on the screenshots in the blog:

Do I have to first clear cache and data of the git version (and maybe even deinstall it)?

So do different STK versions (e.g. 1.1, git, 1.2 RC1) use the same database? I.e., are settings somehow "shared"?

possible because git build are meant for internal testing

Also, the new skin is not currently selected by default, you have to go into Settings->Interface and change the skin there.
