Android LAN multiplayer + Kids Place app

Android LAN multiplayer + Kids Place app

Postby lukas.krejci » 20 Apr 2020, 12:08

Hello,
I have a problem connecting STK (tablets with Android) running from Kids Place application (https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... .kidsplace).
When running without Kids Place, the two tablets connects with no problems (one will start server, the second will find it and connects), but when run from Kids Place, first tablet starts the server, but the second is not able to find the server. It looks like the Kids Place is blocking something - there is a whitelist, where I can add packages to not block. But I have no idea, which package should I enter?
Please help me with this situation,
Thank you

Thank you, I have tried that, but it did not help.
I have another games on both tablets, that are connecting fine in LAN multiplayer even when launched from Kids Place app, so I wonder in what is this game different.

Stk uses lan broadcast, if you know the other phone ip try enter it directly in enter server address button

Or you can try supertuxkart beta in google play which has ipv6 multicast
