I know, I know, dumb question but. Is there any way I can make custom powerups?

If you can code, then yes.

Without coding, you can "customize" current powerups. You can change their appearence, probability of appearing in a given position, strength of effects, etc.

Is it possible to do powerups customizing on Android?

Not from within the game itself, but you certainly can do it.

I think I should add a star power is like Mario Bros but I should add super star to Kart in supertuxkart
