Two stk icons tweak from gartoon redux

The heart is definitely way better. The save, well... The reflection in the black part is kinda weird, Also I prefer the place where the name are often put, instead of the blue and white rectangle. And in my opinion the corner in the lower part of the floppy disk is a bit too high in the new version.
