Can't find keyboard key for throttle

Hello,
New user, I see keys for accelerate and brake -- is there a keyboard key that maintains a set speed ? The accelerate key
only increases the speed and if I release it the car only slows down -- it does not maintain the speed of the car.

no, we do not have such a key; you are also the first person to ask about this, so is this really important?

I don't believe throttle key is a common feature in racing games, and I think it would be a bad idea to introduce yet another key.

Thanks for the replies. I see your points, the problem is I'm having to punch the accelerate key constantly, 2-3 times a second otherwise the car slows down almost like I'm braking. Is there some way to adjust this so the car doesn't slow down so quickly?

Isn't it just a matter of pressing and holding the accelerate key?

To maintains a speed slower than max speed, you need an input Device with analog acceleration like a Joystick, a steering wheel with a set of pedals or a Gamepad with an analog trigger. For some games a "Cruise control" feature may be nice but I think in a racing game this is not necessary.
