When registering new account the game says "please read the terms at terms.supertuxkart.net" and asks to agree or not. This is unacceptable, you can't even click on the address to open the browser. Please put entire terms in that dialog.

The terms wouldn't fit in that dialog.

For the 99% of people who just fast-click those annoying "please agree to..." it doesn't change anything, for people concerned to what they agree to, typing the address won't waste much more time than also reading the terms.

Now, I'd give you it would be nicer if it was clickable so it directly opened your browser at the given address. Another weak point of the website is that it's not translated in different languages.

I think scrolling or even an optional pop-up with scrolling should be in there. I usually have a brief look at ToS and it doesn't hinder players who just want to click through and make an account.

STK's current GUI engine does not easily allow scrolling text... so it may happen, but an upgrade to the GUI engine is needed first

To make sure there is no confusion, I am thinking of a text box with a scroll bar, not any moving text.
Scroll bars already exist in the GUI, but that appears to be for item menus rather than raw text so you could be right.

As Alayan mentioned, a clickable link would certainly be an improvement.

Right, we have scrollbars for lists, but not for raw text atm
