Login errors

I registered an account today, however I can neither login into the STK site nor into the application; nor can I reset my password ("invalid username/email combination"). Please recommend next steps, thanks. :-)

(Separately, I did compile from source on my headless server as I have some interest in running my own server, however I'm having problems there too:

Hi, I am Linux Player

About 1 year ago I've created an STK account

However I can't remember my previous usename and I cannot recreate an account with my email adress.

I can't reset my password because I can't remember my username and I can't recreate an account from my email adress because I've already used it.

Please can someone tell me what to do, other than just use another email adress and just forgot about your old account you can't use anymore ?

Currently, the situation you encountered is not handled. Benau will contact you by PM to see if this can be addressed for you without having to create an extra account with another email adress.
