i view arm7 not android only.
debian or ubunuu has arm7.
exsimple.

I think he is asking for a non-Android Linux release compiled for ARM CPUs (mostly those single board computers similar to the RasberryPI).

The PPA at https://launchpad.net/~stk/+archive/ubuntu/dev has STK 1.0 for i386, amd64, armhf, arm64, and ppc64el. Also, most any distro that runs on arm systems should have STK in its repos.
Contributor to/fan of STK (Upstreamed Cartoon theme, numerous random big fixes/tweaks)

yes debian , windows 10 has arm port

There are no pre-compiled arm binaries available from sourceforge, either use the PPA linked above (which should work on Debian too if you manually add the source to APT), or compile it from the source code provided from sourceforge..
