Some issues in STK

I found some smaller issues in STK: Tested with the newest version of STK

1: I can't open the in-game menu in the ready-set-go phase anymore (maybe you want to abort the race, change kart count or just pause)

2: AI hangs in the temple arena. I posted a topic about this problem, but I got no response: see
