I tried it on openSUSE 11.3 and it seems to work.
Only played one race and it didn't crash! :D

Hi KroArtem,

change in the STK directory and execute the shellscript ./run_game.sh.

It runs great (Revision 7671), but:

- I don't see a sky-texture in "Tux Tollway".
- The blue barrier in "City" should be higher. Driving against it results in a reset or I stuck on the barrier and have to reset manually.
- "Fort Magma" is unplayable, because you (nearly) always get reseted in the cave. There is a invisible barrier at the end of the cave. If you get past it, the round doesn't count as a round, so you will never finish a race on this track.
- No sky texture in "Amazonian Journey".
- Items floating in the sky in "Old Mine".
- You start on items in "Skyline".

Tested on Arch Linux.

A sky texture is fixed in svn now.
If you're speaking about those fences on both sides of the road, I agree with you :)
Fort Magma is unplayable at all, samuncle is working on it :)
Speaking about Amazonian Journey, sky texture _is_ there, but it is hard to mention it due to settings.
Auria: I suggest you to change texture-percent="0.5" to texture-percent="1", this will look better.
Agree with flying bananas and gift boxes in Old Mine.
You start on items only if you're playing with >3 ai karts, when you're playing with 3 karts, it is ok.

this is a SVN revision so of course it's not expected to be stable ;)
the tollway sky-cube was recently fixed; regarding city, you could comment in the city track so that Horace knows about your feedback; regarding Fort Magma, this is known, this track is a work-in-progress. Items in old mine and starting on items are both known and in the bug tracker

New:

supertuxkart-0.7.1-svn7694-linux-glibc2.12-i686.tar.bz2

supertuxkart-0.7.1-svn7695-linux-glibc2.12-x86-64.tar.bz2

Those Revisions aren't stable. They're for testing and development ;)

Well, I am aware of that, I thought, that's why there are these snapshot-packages. For testing and feedback.
