Not sure about the first problem :( Any left over processes or so? I think I had the 2nd problem a few times as well, just pressing compile again (not a complete rebuild, just build) solved the problem for me iirc.

Great news.

I'd really like to know why the irrlicht.dll didn't work for you in the first place (as well as why you sometimes have to compile twice).
