Video Card Recommendations

[Super Limpy Kart]

Just updated to version .9. Works great in Opensuse 13.2, but my video card chokes if I go beyond 2 at 1280x720 in the graphics settings. I have the Intel HD 3000 video card on a desktop motherboasrd.

Any suggestions for a video card that would run full speed at 1080P with all features enabled? Looking to go as cheap as possible as the only other thing I use this computer for is watching movies.

I personally use a Nvidia GTX 660 or 670 and both work well and can run the game mainly at 60 FPS. For tracks like cocoa/gran paradiso/abyss it's a bit slower maybe 40 FPS.
I run it with all features enabled except texture compression
