Custom Gamepad controls not saved?

I just downloaded and installed STK. I was having so much fun I decided to dust off an old PSX controller and plug it in (Windows Vista). STK recognized the controller after I restarted it. I tried playing with the default controls, but I didn't like the button choices so I went into setup to customize them. Upon returning to the game screen I find I still have the same default controls. I've even tried restarting STK with no luck.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Hi,

maybe you could run STK from terminal and post the output here, we could see if an error occurred while trying to save? Both when configuring and when reopening the next time
