I haven't received any other requests for Ogg yet, but I'll certainly keep it in mind...thanks! (P.S. if you want me to convert a track for you, let me know.)
rogerdv {l Wrote}:Right now I have a couple of tracks already converted that I will use in my current project. And BTW, excellent work.
The use of this music in any project considered to be pornographic in nature and/or violates Youtube community standards is strictly prohibited.

Well, this isn't a condition of CC BY. So which is it? Are they under CC BY, or are they under some custom license which restricts "use... in any project considered to be pornographic"?

Are you planning to use the music in anything pornographic? If not, then there's no problem.

Yes there is a problem. It makes that your music is not CC BY, because it includes restrictions that are not part of the CC BY license.
The logic between "free software" and "free culture" is that you are really free to do whatever you want with this software/music/artwork. There are no limitations apart from the ones specified by well-established licenses such as CC BY: this one adding the restriction to always credit the initial author for the work she's done.
And in any way I doubt the pornographic industry bothers with free music.
nnesse {l Wrote}:Given the choice you have apparently made you probably shouldn't be promoting your content on this site. The free in freegamedev refers to freedom (I hope) and you are promoting a restrictive license. Also this is a forum and you aren't discussing the issue either. You're asking for free marketing of your site without accountability.
