Moved translations to Transifex

So, VDrift moved just recently to Transifex. And I also translated it there.
To put it short: it is about 100x faster in web interface.
And has also many more options. Not to mention doesn't freaking give timeouts on every 2nd use.
NOTE: Do not translate on launchpad now. I've ordered deletion.

I've already set up SR translations on Transifex, here:

And uploaded the major languages. I didn't bother with the below 5 % languages not touched since years.
You can translate, just needs some adding people to teams and such.

Do unwind the pane More details, when translating, it shows all that new nice stuff:
Developer note, Occurrences, Context.
I've sorted all strings, most important, short and easier stuff is on top. Editor starts in middle, tips are at bottom.
