[fixed] Car damage can be taken right after reset

If you collide with the car somewhere and immediately reset the car, the damage goes to 0 but you may still receive some damage after the reset.

Tested on Stunt Rally 2.2.1, GNU/Linux build.

Yeah, you mean the few % that go from scratch damage, need to reset some more variables, scratch and hit info when reset gets pressed.
