Red Eclipse Segmentation Violation after Compile

Red Eclipse Segmentation Violation after Compile

Postby Come Hither » 19 Aug 2013, 18:52

Hi everyone. I'm making a mod of Red Eclipse version 1.3, and I am having the "Segmentation Violation" error after I compile the modded code and run the game on a friend's computer. The game, however works just fine on my computer though (maybe because I have an AMD processor and he has intel, idk). I am using codeblocks 10.05 to compile the game (only compiling the 32 bit version) on windows. Could someone help me fix this?

Try using tdm-gcc from http://t-dragon.net/. Can't really help all that much if you're using such an outdated version of our codebase.
