Can't save progress

I have SuperTux 2.0. v 0.4.0 installed from Fedora 23 repos via dnf install. There is no way to save my progress. Can someone help me?

It automatically saves every time you beat a level.

It does not keep the level. It starts from the beginning every time I play. Even if I win a level. There is o way to keep my progress.

Perhaps you are using a different version? Make sure it is 0.4.0 from the official supertux site

As I said in the beginning, it is Super Tux2, v0.4.0, installed from the Fedora 23 Linux repos. I don't know how it could be anymore official than that.
