You said it was "under consideration" almost three weeks ago. You're being deliberately evasive. When you are inviting people to use your work I think you owe them clarity as to what their rights are. I don't think it's very easy to define "considered pornographic" or apply the youtube community standards in a gaming context. Youtube has a clause against violent or gory content, how do I know if I can make a fighting or horror game? You are basically requiring people to have to ask for permission in advance if they are doing anything other than making G rated content. Needing permission in advance is a big part of what CC is meant to prevent.
The bottom line is you are using the CC trademark and you owe it to the CC to follow their rules. You don't get to follow their rules eventually after some indefinite period of consideration, you needed to do it at the moment you put their logo on your site. If you really want to prohibit certain uses and keep other aspects of CC you should take the CC licence text, add your prohibitions, then replace all of the instances of "Creative commons" with "Soundimage" and rebrand it as a Soundimage license on your site. Again, from the CC website:
"you must no longer call, label, or describe the license as a “Creative Commons” or “CC” license, nor can you use the Creative Commons logos, buttons, or other trademarks in connection with the modified license or your materials."
